Description
As there are living hinges, print with PET-G As the other parts must not flex you can't use very soft filaments. PP would be ideal.
PET-G need some open close cycles (~30) until the living hinge is formed and is working as expected with a nice snap (click sound) when opening or closing.
Keep in Mind that higher print temp. can make PET-G more brittle.
If the clip doesn't stays closed your pen may be too thick. Also if it doesn't open when you pull the pen - the pen is too thin.
