Disposable Glove Box Holder

Where I wanted to put my disposable glove box, I did not have much clearance above it in order to drop a box of gloves into the model. A lot of models that are posted here require such clearance. So this model has ‘arms’ that can be pulled apart to allow a box to be loaded from the front. I used PLA, and the ‘arms’ will flex wide enough to allow the box to be inserted, but then closed tightly around the box keeping it in place. I used a Harbor Freight Disposable Glove Box for dimensions, but it seems that is a standard size for a lot of different brands.

I left the back blank for you to add your preferred mounting option. I use a generic pegboard plate to superglue onto the back wall of the model, this allows me to get the alignment right without precise measurements during the modeling process. Put superglue onto the plate, put the plate up on your pegboard, then press the model onto the plate.
