Description
The doorhandle fits 40 mm thick doors with an 8x8mm handle bar.
This corresponds to the German standard room doors.
Used Filament:
Extra Components:
Step 1:
Cut the Aluminium Profile to size:
2x 90mm
1x 150mm
Step 2:
Cut an M5 hole on the top of each 90mm long rod.
Preferably something nicer in the middle like me ;)
Step 3:
Drill a 5.5mm hole on the right and left of the 150mm long rod at a distance of 4mm so that you can screw the aluminum parts together:
(Make sure that your screw head has a diameter of less than 8mm, if necessary you can sand it down a little.)
Step 4:
Cut a slot in the screw head so that you can tighten it later with a screwdriver.
(You can use a hacksaw or flex)
Step 5:
Attach the 3d printed parts and, if necessary, glue the handles to protect them from slipping out.
Have fun building the project!
Stay ceative!
