Bearing Carrier for LM10UU Bearing

In the process of upgrading the Y axis of my Anet A8 Plus from 8mm rods and bearings to 10mm rods and bearings, I needed carriers that mounted identically to the LM8 carriers, but would fit LM10 bearings.

This is somewhat of a “quick and dirty” design.  They are working perfectly with my Y axis upgrades as is, but if over time, I find the friction fit of the LM10UU bearings become loose, I'll revisit this design and add some other method for retaining the bearings.

The main reason I want to keep these to the same form as my LM8UU housings is that I'm likely going to upgrade all the 8mm rods of the A8 Plus to 10mm rods so I'll use these on the machines X axis as well…
