This is an adapter to convert a barb hose fitting (such as my rain barrel overflow) to a male garden hose outlet. By measurement, the fitting is about 29mm ID with a 2 degree taper. The adpter is just inserted with a bit of force and stays there.
Printing instructions
- Print the .stl file as oriented (GHM end on the print bed).
- With good bed adhesion, no supports should be needed.
Usage instructions
- Gently insert the smooth end into the barb fitting and push until secure.
- Attach the garden hose and enjoy.
Notes
- I designed this model in OpenSCAD and it's fully parameterized. If you'd like a simple modification (i.e., angle of the garden hose end, diameter or taper of the smooth end), send me a message and I'll see what I can do.
