Quick connect exhaust hose mounting sets for portable ACs and dryers various sizes === no supports ===

I was fed up with the Velcro-mounted window seals made of fabric. Firstly, the Velcro gets loose when the window heats up in the sun, and secondly, it wasn’t easy to mount and was never securely mounted.

I use a portable air conditioner that I move between 3 rooms with different window sizes, so I needed installations customized for every room and a quick connection for the AC hose. Therefore, I made 3 different-sized plastic boards, one for each room (cheap stuff from the DIY store).

I equipped them with the bushing that I fixed to the boards with blind rivets; screws work as well. I also attached two handles for easy and quick setup and removal.

I fix the boards with clamps to the frame of the window; the clamps are included in 3 sizes and should work for at least a few window types. Get creative if they don't fit, or let me know what you need!

The final part is the hose adapter that is simply screwed onto the exhaust hose. The connection between the bushing and the hose adapter uses a practical bayonet lock, enabling quick assembly and disassembly.

- Rivet- or Screwcover added to cover the rivets, screws, or whatever you used to fix the bushings. It is a very light-duty shrink fit and should slide over the bushing with little effort. If it doesn't, you can place it back on the printer bed and warm it up to mount it.
