RigidBot Extruder to Orbiter V2.0 or GALILEO 2 adapter

Allows mounting a RigidBot Neema 17 extruder to Orbiter V2 or Galileo 2 mounting holes.

This may be something that only I have use for, but just in case someone else has one of these floating around, this takes the extruder assembly that came on old RigidBot 3D printers and adapts it to the mounting holes used by an Orbiter V2.0. I believe that the Galileo 2 uses the same mounting pattern. This will allow it to be used with something like a Dragonburner tool head. (That's my plan anyway)

The motor attaches with two of the normal (M3x10 I think) screws. You will need to add PTFE tubing through the center hole cut at a point to fit up against the gear and bearing.

I have also uploaded a cable management strain relief piece that attaches to the top with two of the RigidBot M3x8 screws and uses zip ties to attach the cables. This part of the model uses built in bridging and prints without supports.

Update 7/9/24: Adjusted the PTFE hole by 1mm to line up properly. Apparently the orbiter isn't perfectly centered between the mounting holes.

Update 7/10/24: Added a version that accepts a PTFE tube coupler.

Update 7/17/24: Adding a cable management strain relief piece for the top.
