Radius Corner template (5 to 75mm)

This Radius Corner Templates can be used to trace rounded corners and to use with a router table with a flush trim bit.

No support, no assembly. Easy to print. Can be printed on any filament (avoid cheap PLA or silk PLA) Can be printed an any nozzle size and any layer height.

The models are already in the correct orientation for printing.

On this make, I use Matte black PLA on a Prusa MK4, 0.5mm nozzle, 0.25mm layer height.

The label are inset 0.25mm. The wood dust make it easy to read :)

The template has a handle that keep your fingers at a reasonable distance from the cutter. Unlike the picture, keep both hands on the work piece. *Follow all safety and best practices when using a power tool.*
