Description
I bought a "debadged" 2005 XB. Although the back looked great, they even removed the rear windshield wiper and filled in the holes, the front was just a hole in the grill where the emblem used to be.
I personally did a black background w/ neon green logo, on the black car it turned out really nice IMO. Please post your color choices if you print it, I'd like to see other combos.

Resolution:
.3 for the background, .1 for the logo
40-100% on the background, 100% on the logo
Notes:
I think PLA should work as the temperatures just coming out of the grill may not get that high, but I have ABS around and I used it because I know it's not going to warp.
I super glued the logo on to the background and sanded the outside edges to make them nice and flush. The supports are slightly raised on the O, so you can put some tape or glue behind it and then cut them out, but I found it doesn't look too bad even if you decide to leave them.
Just use double sided tape to mount it to the grill, I suggest the padded stuff because the trophy tape I tried to use didn't have enough contact. The surface seems a bit rounded and flexible.
I found a scion emblem I liked, removed the background, supported the O to not fall out, and created a proper background and support.
