Print-in-Place Large Simple Hinges 2"x1.6" (no supports needed)

Each hinge is made up of two parts in a single STL file and will work right off the print bed.  DO NOT USE SUPPORTS as they aren't needed and will likely cause the hinges to not work.

The hinges are provided with and without countersunk holes.

The dimensions of the hinges are:

• 2" x 1.6" - 2 holes per side (0.2" dia - up to #10 screw)

size is length of the hinge x length of one of the leaves from the center of the hinge, so the 2"x1.6" measures 2" x 3.2" on the print bed.

The tolerance for the operable print-in-place hinges is 0.01".  The hinges have 270 degrees range of motion.

Printing Recommendations

For strength, I recommend using at least 3 vertical walls and at least 20-25% gyroid infill.
