Spool Holder

Required: 4 Skateboard Bearings (22x7mm)

Holds spools up to 4.15" [105mm] wide.

Here's a hexagon themed filament cradle (spool holder).  Tush style so there's low but consistent resistance. There's a stripe of color in all the parts, so start with your base color (black), switch to your stripe color (orange), then go back to the base color.  The color changes will automatically prompt you to unload and reload a new color at the appropriate times.  Very easy.  You can simply stick the same color back in during the change if you don't want to use different colors for any reason.

The rollers print with a big round support on one end.  Simply give the support a good twist to break it free then pull it straight off in one big chunk.

To assemble, attach the bearings to the roller w/ printed c-clips.  Assemble the rollers with the rails on a flat surface then lift and place the whole assembly on the printer frame.  Adjust until it's centered and you're ready to go.
