Mount BTT HDMI5 Version 1.2 on Voron V2.4 and Trident
My display came with 90deg HDMI and USB-C cables
If yours come with straight HDMI and USB cables, you'll need to use 90 deg adaptors
Choice of regular frame or Voron logo frame
Alternative bracket to be compliant with Clicky-Clack door (offset by 20mm)
Printing notes
All STL are oriented correctly
No support required
Print as per Voron specified parameters (0.2 layer, 0.4 width, 40% infill)
When printing the bracket, I suggest you paint seams to prevent them from starting in high overhang areas. Also ensure you set your minimum layer time to greater than 30s to slow down and give time to cool down the filament. If you don't you, might see signs of overheat in the thinner portions of the bracket
Break the bridge helpers on the mount frame before assembly
BOM
6x M3x8 SHCS
2 M3 T-nuts (to mount to 2020 extrusion)
Printed parts
Update [2024-07-17]
Addition of an alternative bracket that moves the displays out by 20mm to be compliant with the Clicky-Clack mod (thanks to @Phil_226665 for suggesting and testing the bracket)
