Flexi Drink Cooler Koozies

2024-JUL-8: Added a 12oz Coors Can which is slightly different than normal 12oz cans (skinnier and taller).

Grip pattern embossed into the bottom of the drink holder. I also added a hole to make it possible to remove the can without a huge hassle.

I'm printing with 2 walls and 10% infill for just a little insulation gap between the inner and outer walls. While I'm printing fast with TPU HF for prototyping, I recommend dropping volumetric flow regardless of HF or not. I get very clean TPU prints with flow dropped to ~3.

I didn't like the vertical seam on the first print, so my next print will go with random seams and scarf enabled around the entire wall.

The fit tolerance is pretty tight. If you're unsure of calibration, resize up a small percentage. Or print just a middle section of the STL and see how it matches the can in question.
