Description
When I got a TIG welder, I immediately designed and printed this little adapter for the Dremel to sharpen a perfect tip onto the tungsten. It has integrated dust collection and a feature to mount it on a fixture table with a stud or clamp.
The brass insterts are made from threaded brass rod on the lathe for a 1,6 mm and 2,4 mm tungsten diameter. These are wear proof and spread the heat so the PLA doesn't melt. Using just PLA or any other filament wouldn't last. You need to make some kind of metal insert.
The angles are 15°, 30°, 45°, and 60°
No special print settings. Everything standard 0,2 mm profile from Prusa.
