KYZ HSW Cups and Collars - 9 Sizes Each

Introduction

Pretty self explanatory, put your stuff in here! The collar can be positioned at different heights relative to the  cup to accommodate different item sizes.

The size refers to the internal diameter.

Designed to fit onto HSW (Honeycomb Storage Wall) boards. The display stand, if you were wondering, is here and a smaller one is here.

As usual, these are designed with no screws, no glue, no supports, no bridges and easy overhangs.

Material

• Suggest PLA, ASA, ABS, PETG-CF or similar stiffness materials.
• If you use PETG, the clip will be a little too easy to remove and
• If you use a stiff material like ASA-CF or ABS-GF, the clip will be difficult to insert/remove.

Print settings

• 2+ perimeters
• I suggest slowing down the outer walls to ensure the part comes out strong with consistent gloss level all around (but this is optional).
• Turn Arachne wall generator OFF (use “classic”) - I have found that the slicer may flip between using 2 walls and 3 walls printing the same thickness area causing visual defects with Arachne turned on.
• This is a fairly easy print, everything else is up to you!

General precautions apply - ensure your build plate is clean (wash with hot water and dish soap and dry with a clean towel), add mouse-ears and/or apply some glue if you often have adhesion issues.
