Business Card Holder 45° V2 (Improved)

Changes:

This model now have a corner Protection for rectangular cards with sharp corners so the will not bend.

Also there is a variant with a plate to attach some text.

Printing

You will be able to print this without support.

I used the following printer settings:

• 3 perimeters, 20% cubic infill
• 0.2mm layers
• 1mm solid bottom layer thickness

Plate

Here I used the same settings.

You can imprint the text like me if you design the text with a hight of 0.4 mm hight and just print first the text and then start another print with the rest right above the printed text. You will need to get your z offset right for this method, otherwise it will not look so good. There needs to be no gap between the body's. You can do this in Fusion 360 with text or SVG within minutes. When exporting it use 3fm to save the possition information. another way you will have a hard time to match the body possition in your slicer.
