This is the Weather Wizard's Wand, a unique tech device developed by Cisco Ramon in the Flash TV Show. The wand was initially used to fight Mark Mardon / Weather Wizard and appeared multiple other times in the show.

I designed the entire model in Fusion360, referencing photos of the prop used in the actual TV show. I did my best to replicate all of the intricate details, ensuring they converted well to the 3D printing medium.

The wand prints at a 1:1 scale at 45cm long, yet only needs 141 grams of filament!

Printing

The wand is split up so you can print it on any printer (including the A1 Mini and Prusa Mini) with no AMS needed. All of the parts are already in the correct orientation for optimal printing,

Parts are named by their color and quantity - for example, silver4-x6 is the 4th silver part, and you would need 6 total copies. Parts are generally ordered by where they appear in the final assembled wand, from bottom to top.

The only part that needs supports is silver8-x1.stl.

The only parts that need brims are parts silver18-x4.stl, connector2-x1.stl, and connector3-x1.stl. For these parts, you might want to slow your print speed to ensure they don't fall over.

It is recommended that you print the parts at the smallest layer height possible for maximum detail and quality. Please make sure your printer is properly calibrated and capable of printing parts with low tolerance because there is minimal clearance between each part.

For Bambu Studio users, there is a .3mf file included with colors, layouts, and settings already set up.

Assembly

The model is split up into 77 parts - however, it can be easily assembled in <30 min. There is also an assembly guide pdf you can download and reference when putting it together. You will need glue to make sure the parts are firmly connected.

After assembly, you can display the wand using the provided display stand that prints in 3 simple parts that can be glued together.
