Just another another spool holder (Uber Spool Holder MK2)

Just another spool holder.
No multi parts.
No moving parts.
As simple as possible.

Previous version had several issues.

===WARNING===

I`m working on MK2.5 version, it has moving part for better smoothness (potentially).
There are 16 supports for the rolling part. Use "detect thin walls" option in slicer (Slic3r recommended).
I never tried to print it myself yet! Print on tour own risk.
Worst case scenario it won't move but it will still be functioning.
