Description
Yet Another S hanger, tough, works nicely on ~25mm bars for example by snapping in. Diameters as follow: Larger circle 33mm, smaller circle 15mm, gap to larger circle ~22.5mm.
Easy to make thicker with prusaslicer if needed stronger.
Couldn't once again find just what I was looking for ready made, so fired up Fusion. Friend requested S hanger as few old commercial ones were broken for jackets etc.
Fired up Fusion, made prototype of eSun PLA+ 7mm*9mm thick and 30minutes later tested it with few objects until 16kg kettlebell was ok too. Little bit of bouncy bounce and dumbbell broke it.
While it was printing I made this 8*10mm version that went in to christmas production. It's little bit tougher than I expected, but at least it shouldn't break as a coat hanger…
Made some PETG, some PLA+, all of them very tough. Haven't break tested the latest one, but I guess its not worse than the prototype…
Prototype that withstood 16kg kettlebell print settings:
eSun PLA+, printed laying flat.
0.2mm Layer height
2 perimeters
10% gyroid infill
