Fish shaped cat treat cutter

In celebration of my new Kickstarter, I put together this adorable little 'cookie' cutter that works for making homemade cat treats. I'll update this with the recipe soon.

Picky Mat: cat food dish liner for when the cat dish isn't really empty (but your cat complains anyway).

RECIPE
1 (5 oz) can tuna, no salt added and packed in water, drained

1 cup oat flour*(plus a couple extra tablespoons reserved for rolling out dough)

1 large egg

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 heaping tablespoon pumpkin puree

*If you don’t have oat flour, just blend rolled oats in a food processer as fine as you can.

1.  Preheat oven to 250 F.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a Silpat.
   

2.  In the bowl of a food processor, combine drained tuna, oat flour (or blended rolled oats), egg, olive oil and pumpkin puree.  Blend until smooth.  Mixture will be thick and pliable, but not terribly sticky.
   

3.  Roll dough out to about 1/8” thick using the reserved oat flour, and cut into shapes.  Alternately, for a more rustic look, roll dough into tiny balls with your hands and press down slightly with a fork.
   

4.  Bake cookies for about 2 hours at 250 F until they become golden brown and fully dried out inside.  After 2 hours, turn off the heat and let them cool in the oven.
   

5.  Let the cookies air dry overnight, then store in an airtight container, unrefrigerated for up to one month.
