Description

New Display Frame:

Black Border of the Display is now Covered, Boards with "short" dail-encoder can be used now, but you ned to take the knobs in this set for this case.
this Frame is 2mm higher than the original. the reset knob is also extra made for just for this Frame.

The display PCBs sold in two different versions: (take a look at picture 5)

  1. the flat low profile display (6mm, red pcb)
  2. the high, tall display (8.4mm green, lower pcb)

mounting the flat display version: (picture 6)
you need 4x M3x12mm screws to mount the display in the upper frame. then screw the upper frame to the lower with the 4 screw holes that left.

mounting the tall display version: (picture 7)
the 4 holes wich are in the PCB´s need to be used. in that case you take the frame, lay the display inside it, put the backplate on top and put 4x M3x20 screws in the backplate to screw everything together at once. alternatively you can use 2x M3x25 screws if you want the spacers to tilt the Display.

have phun and post makes please! ;)
