You can customize all parameter such as the holes for the motorshaft and axis and the tolerances and sizes of the connector.

You can print this without supports. However, if you make the tolerance on the connector too wide it will need support. My suggestion is to make the tolerance 0.75 times your layer height for unsupported printing. Use sandpaper to make the connecting parts smoother.
