I made this remix as i tried to fit all my required parts in the design by TeachingTech and failed due to space limitations.
Here is what i changed:
- I increased the hight of my design. This was possible as my printer is standing on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2913473
- I added half a milimeter of space between the two main aluminium profiles as the other version did not fit on my printer
- i also reduced hight, as i couldn't fit the original design below the Y-Achsis
- I added a whole bunch of fixing points for cable ties to have better cable management
- I fitted the cut-outs for the Rasperry Pi and Mainboard tighter to have less air-flow
- I made the assembly of the 2 parts better so it will not bend
- I added the cable chain mount for this cable chain: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2920060
What i fit into is following:
With the relays i can activate the Light in the Housing and the light mounted at the x-achsis
With the transistors i can
- shut-down the Hotend-Fan 5 minutes after print is finished
- activate and deactivate the power for the printer mainboard
- activate and deactivate the fans in the electronic enclosure depending on the temperature in the enclosure
There is a small electronic for a cooling fan in the housing (BeQuiet Pure Power 120mm PWM) PWM is controlled depending on a DS18B20 hanging from the roof of the housing
