Smoke Removal System

I have long dreamed of having a good smoke removal system, but I always encountered a problem - I couldn't find a suitable flexible hose. But one day, I saw a manicure fume extractor, and there was a separate tube available for it. Without missing this opportunity, I purchased it. Developing the actual system didn't take much time, but selecting the right fan turned out to be a challenging task. I tried domestic axial fans, turbines, and similar ones used in air conditioners, but only in a smaller format. Finally, I was able to try a server turbine of the 9733 format, and I settled on it.

However, there were some surprises waiting for me here... The very powerful fans turned out to be too noisy, while the quiet ones were too weak. But I found the perfect balance and chose a turbine with 4000 revolutions per minute and a 12-volt power supply. I also tried a turbine with 8000 revolutions, and although it works incredibly well, the noise becomes an issue for extended operation. Nevertheless, each of them is easily controlled by a PWM controller, and some of them even come with their own controllers.

Now I plan to integrate the entire system into the wall of my work desk. I have long wanted to upgrade it by adding new devices, including this excellent smoke removal system. Unfortunately, I don't have the option to vent the air outside, so I decided to install a block with a charcoal filter that will be placed behind the wall at the bottom. I will connect everything using a flexible tube with a diameter of 60 mm (75 mm will also work with a soft seal). Here is an approximate layout of the system:
