AZ-Delivery 2023 Halloween project mechanical parts adapted to be fully 3D printable.

Could not finish the full box in time for Halloween, so the prototype build uses just a cardboard box around the 3D printed internals.

Everything uses M3 hardware (and some M2.5 hardware for the servo horns) - no glue required. Some parts have multiple mounting points to allow some flexibility in the final design.

I noticed in my build that the distance sensor was mounted too far back and was prone to false triggering. The released parts have updated mounting points further in front.

Instructions:

• Speaker Rail part needs to printed twice
• M3x10 hardware can be used in most places
• 3x M2.5x6 required for servo horn to printed part connections
• 1x M3x16 or longer to guide the claw arm

Optional:

• Shorter M3 hardware in some places (e.g. 4x M3x6 to fix speaker to speaker rails if available)
• 4x M3nS square nuts for extra sturdy connection of walls and floor
