Plate 1 is the unique parts.  Plate 2 is the standard Dummy 13 parts necessary for his completion.  Or use your already existing printed dummy parts easily printed on the associated runners. 

 

Chest piece snaps in.  No glue needed.

**Update 1.1  Reoriented head.  It was slightly off kilter, causing occasional adhesion issue for some. Also fixed a missing layer in the body.  Touched up head painting for more precise look.  2/17
