3, 5, & 6 Inch Orbital Sanding Disc Holder

Stackable orbital sanding disc storage organizer with simple 1 color change grit labels. There is a version for 3 inch, 5 inch and 6 inch sanding discs, so feel free to pick the one(s) that fits your needs. 

There are also two heights for each of the holders: regular and tall. The Tall one is double the height of the regular size, so feel free to use this one if you have a lot of sanding discs of the same grit. For reference, in the images, I picture only the regular sized holders.
 

The holder was designed so that it can be printed without any supports and agnostic of the sanding grit. This way you can easily print as many holders and as many different labels to suit your needs.

The label slots for all of the 3, 5 and 6 inch holders are the same size, and so the labels you print are interchangeable between the three sizes.

Printing

1. Start by printing as many holders as you want/need. Make sure to pick the holder that matches the sanding disc size that you have (3, 5, or 6 inch) and the height you prefer (regular or tall)
2. Then print the appropriate label(s). The labels will fit the 3, 5, and 6 inch holders.
   1. If you print these in color (highly recommended), it only requires a single (1) color change
   2. Most of the standard grit numbers should have already been created for you, but if not, feel free to use the blank label and add whatever label that you need

3. Slide the label into the slot on the disc holder

Related Models

The labels for this orbital sanding disc holder are identical in shape/size as the other sand paper organizers. So feel free to use them interchangeably.
