XINGTONGZHILIAN Spool (183 mm) Adapter for Bambu Lab AMS

Bought some filament of XINGTONGZHILIAN. The spools have a diameter of 18.3 cm and are wound up to the upper edge which causes an issue when the AMS rewinds the filament (filament jumps from the spool).

Existing designs waste to much filament. So I have designed a filament-saving (very) tight-fit adapter that increases the diameter to 20 cm. Also added a lip on both inner sides so that it snaps into place.

Notes:

• Printed with PLA (Overture PLA Matte).
• Settings: .2 mm layer hight, .4 nozzle, 4 walls, 15% gyroid infill.
  → less than 20g per adapter (40g per spool)
• To attach, place the adapter on one side and then press over the spool from both sides.
• And it should be obvious that you need two adapters per spool ;)
• Should also work with other spools that have a diameter of 18.3 cm
